Randy is a lifetime resident of Holmes County and lives between Charm and Walnut Creek.  He is a graduate of Hiland High School and earned a Bachelor Degree from Malone College.  He was Walnut Creek Twp clerk for 14 years.  He is a member of the Ohio and National Assn of Realtors, Tuscarawas County Board of Realtors and CRIS MLS.  Randy has over 20 years of experience in selling real estate by listings and by the auction method. 

Also, I enjoy being an active member of my local church, Walnut Creek Mennonite, in Walnut Creek OH.  I enjoy sports, especially golf, tennis, basketball & football, plus many outdoor activities.  I am thankful for the opportunity to work with an honest and ethical organization like Kaufman Realty.  I enjoy meeting new clients and helping them find buyers for their property – by listing or auction method, or helping clients find their dream property.
