Dick, a resident of Lake Buckhorn, received his real estate sales license in 1989 and his broker's license in 1996; owner and Broker for Holmes County Realty since 1996, graduate of Bethany College, top listing and sales agent since 1994; OAR Presidents Award @year since 1995; president of Holmes County Board of Realtors 1996-1997.

Dick is a member of the Wayne-Holmes Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Ohio Association of Realtors.  He is married to Jeanne; the father of two and the grandfather to four.

Jeanne, a resident of Lake Buckhorn, received her license in January of 1996.  She is a graduate of Bethany College.  She is married to Dick, the mother of two and the grandmother to four.  Her work experience includes 14 years as Director of the Education Dept. with the Roscoe Village Foundation and 10 years classroom teaching.

For the past nine years, Jeanne has been the office manager/co-owner of Holmes County Realty.  Jeanne is a member of the Wayne-Holmes Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Ohio Association of Realtors.
