Dave Kaufman has been in the auction business since 1971 and
formed his own Real Estate Company in 1975. Kaufman Realty
and Auctions handles all types of auctions with Real Estate
being a specialty. We conduct approximately 250 to 300
auctions annually all over the State of Ohio with Holmes,
Tuscarawas, Coshocton and Wayne Counties being the
predominant areas.
Kaufman Realty conducts Real Estate, Farm, Estate,
Antique, Household, Business Liquidation and Equipment
Auctions. We also offer Real Estate through the listing
process. Currently, we employ 34 licensed agents, of which

are also licensed auctioneers.
Our staff
has a vast knowledge and experience in the selling of
equipment, livestock, antiques, chattels and most
importantly Real Estate.
If you are interested in appraisal, we also employ
Licensed Real Estate Appraisers, as well as antique and
chattel appraisers. We are involved in many Amish benefit
auctions as well as a large number of

throughout the year.
